Renovations around your existing home

A renovation starts with the spaces you want to change and their existing condition. SLC undertakes home renovations, alterations and maintenance, with the rooms, finishes and proposed work agreed as a defined scope.

Bathrooms, kitchenettes and cupboards

Interior work includes bathroom renovations and tiling, concealed-cistern wall-hung toilets and fittings, kitchenettes, and kitchen and bedroom cupboards. Tell us which items you would like installed so we can discuss the scope.

Flooring, ceilings and finishes

Flooring work includes tiling, laminate and vinyl installation and epoxy flooring. Ceiling bulkheads, downlights, rope lighting, painting and finishing can also form part of the agreed renovation scope.

Roof work and IBR awning installation are also available. SLC installs IBR awnings onto steel frames supplied and built by others.

Flatlet and garage conversions

Rental, garage, room and flatlet conversions can combine alterations with bathroom, kitchenette, cupboard and finish work. Structural and open-plan changes, steel beams or lintels and related building works follow supplied requirements where applicable.
