Structural alterations to supplied requirements

Building alterations can include open-plan changes, steel beam and lintel installation, brickwork and roof extensions. Structural construction follows supplied engineering requirements where applicable; this service does not include independent engineering design.

Foundations, slabs and conversions

Confirmed work includes foundations, slab casting, balcony slabs and concrete cavity-filled walls. Rental, garage, room and flatlet conversions, including Airbnb and bachelor units, are discussed around the existing building and intended use.
