You can contact Silver Lake Construction (Pty) Ltd by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you use the quotation enquiry form, you enter your name, phone number, email address, suburb or project location, service type and a brief description of your project.
The website prepares those details for you to review and send in WhatsApp or your email application. Opening either application does not mean the enquiry has been sent. This website does not store form contents or deliver enquiries through a server-side form.
Why we use the information
Information you choose to send to SLC is used to discuss your project, reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations where appropriate. The website does not include an unrelated marketing signup.
Please avoid including banking information, financial details or other sensitive information in the initial enquiry.
WhatsApp and email
When you choose a WhatsApp or email handoff, your enquiry leaves this website and is handled through those applications and their services. Their own privacy terms and settings apply. You decide whether to send the prepared message.
TikTok project videos
TikTok videos are not loaded until you choose Load TikTok video. Loading a player or following Watch on TikTok makes requests to TikTok, which may collect device and usage information and use cookies under its own privacy terms. The attached construction videos are hosted as site assets and do not load TikTok.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, the referring website address, and when the phone, email or WhatsApp contact links are used or an enquiry is prepared in WhatsApp or email (channel and service type only). Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set unless you choose Accept analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are not used.
We do not send your name, phone number, email address, location or project description to Google Analytics, and page addresses are sent as the page address only, with no search terms, campaign tags or other query parameters. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms. You can change your choice at any time with Analytics preferences at the bottom of every page; declining keeps every part of the website, including the enquiry form, working. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
Website storage
The enquiry form does not save your details in your browser. The website stores only your analytics choice. This website does not deliver enquiries through a server-side form.
